Robert Brennan fined in Orange Local Court after police found cannabis in pocket

A man who said he paid $10 for cannabis that was found in his pocket during a road-side stop has been fined $220 for drug possession in Orange Local Court. Robert Brennan, 25, of Dalton Street, was a passenger in a car that was stopped by officers from the Central West Police District Target Action Group on June 6.
