Storm Sally Brings Flooding Rain to Myrtle Beach

Remnants of Hurricane Sally affected coastal South Carolina as a tropical storm on Thursday, September 17, bringing heavy rain and concerns of flooding, reports said. The National Weather Service in Wilmington issued a tornado watch for Horry County until 11 pm Thursday.
