Cairns Ironman: Weekend traffic closures at Cairns, northern beaches and Port Douglas

A NUMBER of road closures will be in place across the Far North this weekend for the 2020 Ironman Cairns. Usually held in June, the event has been pushed back to this September weekend. Temporary road closures and changes to parking will be in place at various locations across the region this weekend.
