'Dangerous Rate of Spread' Pushes Glass Fire Into Sonoma County

Multiple fires have merged with the Glass Fire burning in California’s Napa and Sonoma counties, bringing the blaze to at least 36,236 acres as of Monday, September 28, fire officials said. The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Cal Fire) said the Glass Fire has been expanding with a “dangerous rate of spread”
