With week one of finals done and dusted, the NRL's heavyweights look a lot thinner as the Newcastle Knights' and Cronulla Sharks' seasons officially ended in convincing qualifying finals losses. It seems a fitting outcome for the Knights and Sharks who both limped into finals football in seventh and eighth spot respectively.
