Geelong Cup winner Steel Prince has shot up the order of entry for the 2020 Melbourne Cup after receiving a weight penalty for the race. Chief Victorian handicapper Greg Carpenter has given Steel Prince a 1kg weight penalty for the 2020 Melbourne Cup elevating the horse to 25th in order of entry.
