Thailand's top resort island is hatching a plan to bring back vaccinated tourists by October — and it doesn't involve a quarantine on arrival

The resort island of Phuket in Thailand says it plans to welcome vaccinated tourists by October — and travellers would be able to bypass the country’s mandatory two-week quarantine, Randy Thanthong-Knight reported for Bloomberg.
