Lockdown to ease but ‘border bubble’ tightened

The ‘border bubble’ in place for NSW and Victorian border residents will be tightened on Tuesday night to exclude Wagga Wagga, Hay, Lockhart and Murrumbidgee local government areas with "further border changes" to be announced in the coming days because of the ongoing risk of the virus leaking into Victoria.
