Newcastle United showed ‘strong interest’ in a deal for Valencia defender Mouctar Diakhaby but did not make a good enough offer for him. That’s according to Super Deporte, who say the Magpies failed to make an offer that would ‘satisfy’ the Spanish club’s demands.
