Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor's murder verdict reversed over Justine Damond Ruszczyk's death

The Minnesota Supreme Court has reversed the third-degree murder conviction of a former police officer Mohamed Noor, who fatally shot Australian woman Justine Damond Ruszczyk in 2017, saying the charge doesn't fit the circumstances in the case.
