The AFL is delighted to announce Travis Boak of the Port Adelaide Football Club as the winner of the 2021 Jim Stynes Community Leadership Award. Boak has been recognised for his dedication and commitment to supporting children and families impacted by cancer through his role an Ambassador for the Childhood Cancer Association.
