Antonio Conte is expected to receive a work visa in time to take charge of his first game as Tottenham head coach against Vitesse Arnhem on Thursday. Conte was named Spurs boss on a deal until 2023 on Tuesday but he cannot officially start work until the paperwork has been processed.
