Warning about the possible dangers after teens 'throw rocks at car'

Tasmania Police are investigating a terrifying incident where teenagers at East Devonport allegedly threw a rock at a car driven by a learner and smashed the vehicle's window. Devonport Police Inspector John King has issued a warning about the dangers of throwing rocks at cars.
