NSW MPs have been urged not to add further safeguards to a voluntary assisted dying bill that won majority support in the state parliament's lower house. A NSW upper house committee on Wednesday began examining the proposed laws which passed the Legislative Assembly 52-32 last month after four days of marathon debate.
