Shepparton mayor resists lure of Canberra

City of Greater Shepparton Mayor Kim O’Keeffe has ended months of speculation by announcing she won't make a bid to represent the region in Canberra. Cr O’Keeffe said she had carefully considered running for the Liberal Party for the seat of Nicholls at the next Federal Election.
