The Bureau of Meteorology has issued a Severe Weather Warning for the North East and West and South Gippsland Forecast Districts. The severe weather may include damaging northwesterly winds averaging 60 to 80 km/h with destructive peak gusts of 130 km/h expected about the eastern ranges.
