Sebastopol stalwart Kevin Allen has died, aged 96. Mr Allen lived on Hertford Street almost his entire life, moving there when he was three years old. An accountant, following the Second World War he began working at Ballarat Grammar School as bursar – a role where he stayed for 37 years.
