NSW to bring back QR codes amid rising coronavirus cases

Check-ins to return for NSW retail and hospitality sector. South Australia has recorded 198 COVID-19 cases, with at least 5,000 people in the state in quarantine. A massive shake-up of border requirements could be on the way with PCR tests likely to be scrapped in favour of ones administered at home.
