Federal building ‘disposal’ list puts employees on edge

Closing federal buildings in Indianapolis would prevent people from accessing services, a federal employee union representative says. He adds that a listing of possible closings confused many people who work in the Minton-Capehart Federal Building in downtown Indianapolis and made them wonder if they’ll have a place to work next week.
