Editorial: Democrats tee up a gift for donors at public’s expense

The Oregon Senate should reject a bill that would allow striking workers at both public and private employers eligible for unemployment insurance, the editorial board writes. No other state in the country allows public employees to receive unemployment while striking and such funds should be reserved for people who involuntarily lose their jobs.
