Millions of Sydneysiders have been plunged into lockdown as restrictions are extended. The entirety of Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, the Central Coast and Wollongong will go into a fortnight-long lockdown.

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has announced a two-week lockdown for Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains, Central Coast and Wollongong, ending July 9.
