COLLINGWOOD coach Nathan Buckley has praised the performance of Jordan De Goey following his six-goal haul against North Melbourne on Saturday, but says the club will continue to challenge the forward to bring his best more consistently.

A dominant return to the backline for Darcy Moore, and six goals to Jordan De Goey has helped Collingwood to a 18-point win over North Melbourne. The battle of 17th v 18th played out as expected, with both sides turning the ball over regularly.

Despite falling to yet another defeat, North Melbourne coach David Noble says he is proud of the way his side was able to stay in the fight throughout its 18-point loss against fellow strugglers Collingwood.
