The son of Hall of Fame trainer David Hayes won't know until January if it's football or racing as to where his career is headed after originally hoping the picture would become clear following the recent AFL Draft.

Euroa product Will Hayes is now weighing up his next career move after he was delisted by the Western Bulldogs last week. Hayes — along with teammate Ben Cavarra — was not offered a contract for the 2022 season.
